Now Cota Rica has too many vehicles. The streets and highways are crowded with them. This problem brings a bigger one: the traffic jams. Every day, year round, the worst time is between 6am and 9am or between 4pm and 7pm. The cause-effect phenomenum is: the road rage, caused by stressed people from the traffic jam. All of these noises, honking cars, air pollution and too many hours inside the car give us poor quality of life. Definitely, road rage is one of the many aspects that make our life worst.
